1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Agroholic app ("Agroholic", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Agroholic.

2. Who can use Agroholic

Agroholic is for people working in agriculture, livestock, poultry and related businesses. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use Agroholic for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send you; there is no password. Keep access to your email safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. The details in your profile must be true and must not pretend to be someone else. You can change your details or delete your account at any time in My profile.

4. What you post

You are responsible for what you post in Agroholic: questions, answers, comments, photos, business listings and files. Do not post anything illegal, false or misleading, insulting or hateful, private details of other people, spam or advertising in Community questions, or anything you do not have the right to share.

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us to store it and show it in the app to the people it is meant for (for example, everyone for Community posts). We may hide or remove posts, and block or close accounts, that break these terms. A blocked account cannot sign in, and its posts are hidden. If you think your account was blocked by mistake, contact us.

You can also block another member yourself: you then stop seeing their posts. They can still post, and they are not told.

5. Business listings

Businesses can list themselves in the supplier directory for free. We review listings before they appear and may refuse or remove a listing. A "Verified" badge means we checked some of the business details; it is not a guarantee of the business, its products or its prices.

6. Dealing with suppliers

Agroholic helps buyers and suppliers find each other. Any deal, payment, delivery or dispute is between the buyer and the supplier: Agroholic is not part of it and is not responsible for it. Check suppliers and offers carefully before you agree to anything.

7. News

News stories come from other publishers and official bodies. They belong to those publishers; Agroholic shows a headline and short summary and links to the full story. Stories in Arabic and French are translated into English automatically, and translations can contain mistakes: use "Show original" or the publisher's site when the exact wording matters.

8. Market prices and alerts

Prices and alerts are for information only. They come from the sources shown in the app (such as market reports, the European Commission, the World Food Programme, FAO and the World Bank), can be delayed or contain errors, and are not advice to buy or sell. Disease alerts are based on news reports and are not official veterinary notices: follow your local authorities.

9. The service

We work to keep Agroholic available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will always work without interruption or errors. We may change, add or remove features. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the app, from information in it, or from dealings between users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make important changes we will tell you in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Agroholic after a change means you accept the new terms.
